3. Working with Seasoned Native Talent
Consistently nailing these subtle cadences requires thousands of hours behind the microphone. Across our roster of 142 voice artists, clients consistently favour experienced talent who handle this micro-timing instinctively.
Artists such as Brecht, Marilyn, and Veronique, based in Belgium, routinely showcase how composed pacing at the end of a line brings immediate clarity to the listener. Similarly, Veerle, who also records out of Belgium, demonstrates in every recording session how a disciplined sentence finish elevates the overall production standard.
4. Clear Studio Rates and Usage Rights
Transparent collaboration demands straightforward commercial terms with no hidden surprises. Voice-over remuneration comprises two distinct elements: a baseline studio fee (BSF) covering the studio recording performance itself, alongside a dedicated licence fee, commonly referred to as a buy-out.
The buy-out is calculated according to distribution channels. Paid commercial media campaigns (such as television, radio, or paid online social adverts) carry usage fees determined by medium, market territory, and campaign duration. In contrast, non-broadcast corporate productions, such as internal corporate videos or e-learning modules, are billed based on word count or on a finished project basis.
